A perfect combination for the ones who want to enjoy nature with a pedal in their hands and learn more about Christianity in the XXIII century in Struga and its surroundings. The tour is starting from the village of Kalishta and follows the lake shore south towards the village of Radozda. On our way we stop to sightsee a handful of churches, the most significant is the church dedicated to the holy mother of god next to the first cave church for the day.
With our arrival in Radozda the chef in the local restaurant knows that he needs to serve our lunch until we get back from the short 10 min hike to see the cave church just above the village dedicated to St. Archangel, in which until the 16 century we had monks living in the nearby caves. The lunch is followed by a refreshing swim in the lake and after that, we are ready to start the pedaling back to the starting point.
